What this includes.. ~ a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings, and ask any questions you need to ~ receive clarity on topics or emotions broached, and set your goals moving forward ~ or, simply pick my brains! ask me how I did it, how it works, what the aim is.. ~ a Zoom meeting link will be created for us upon booking ~ no preparation necessary! be comfortable. meet me in your pyjamas, camera on or off, whatever suits you best. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations & rescheduling, please contact at least 12 hours before the session is due to begin. Any cancellations/rescheduled bookings within those 12 hours will be non-refundable, thank you for your understanding
